Republican Congressional Candidate Accuses Jews of a "Witch Hunt" Against Americans
Sharing an article about the firing of Nelly Jordan — a Republican Party county official in Delaware who lost her position after writing an antisemitic Facebook post blaming Jews for Trump’s impeachment — Heerak Kim, a Republican congressional candidate running to represent VA-08, tweeted, “American citizens should work toward curtailing the power of Jewish lobby groups and other Jewish groups that seek to practice ‘Witch Hunt’ against Americans who they see as a ‘threat’ to Jews, like they did with Jesus Christ. Americans are NOT SLAVES!”
Earlier that morning, Kim urged his followers to “read verses from the Bible that emphasize that Jews killed Jesus Christ.” These are far from Kim’s only tweets about Jews: His timeline shows numerous antisemitic posts referencing Christian theology, as well as posts clearly designed to pit non-Jewish Black Americans against white Jewish Americans.
